How to remove an inactive competition from the web, sport fix and mobile apps.

Changing the competition status to inactive (by either changing the sport, division or season status) does not remove the related data from the web, sport fix and mobile apps. 

When the status is changed to inactive the competition becomes hidden within the FiXi application making it easier to manage. To remove the data from the web, sport fix and mobile apps you have two options. 

Option 1 

  1. Change the status of the competition to "Active". 
  2. Navigate to the manage competitions page, select the competition from the grid and select the option to remove from web. See this article for additional information. 
  3. Change the status of the competition back to "Inactive". 

Option 2

  1. Remove all statistics from the web. See this article for additional information. 
  2. Select the competitions you would like to sync to the web, sport fix and mobile apps and select the option to synchronize. See this article for how to synchronize the data.
