Configuring Site Details

To configure the site details, follow the steps given below.

1.  Navigate to the Settings - > System option in the Navigation Menu.

The System Settings page will be displayed.

 It has the following fields.

Field Description Example
Business Name Refers to the name of the business. Sports Software Demo
ABN/CAN/Business ID Refers to the ABN/CAN number or id of the business. --------
Time Zone Refers to the time zone of the region. Chennai, Kolkata
Region Refers to the name of the region. English
Business Logo Refers to the logo of the business. -------
Contact Name Refers to the contact name. John Doe
Admin Email Refers to the admin email address. John.Doe@example.com
Reports Email Refers to the report email address. info@example.com
Phone Refers to the phone number of the user. 0821-665656
Fax Refers to the fax number of the user. --------
Website Refers to the website address of the user. --------

2.  In the Site Details section, enter the name of the business in the Business Name text entry box.

3.  Enter the ABN/CAN number or business id in the ABN/CAN/Business Id text entry box.

4.  Select the time zone from the Time Zone drop down list.

5.  Select the name of the region from the Region drop down list.

6.  Select the business logo by clicking the Set Image option and selecting the image file from your computer.

7.  Enter the contact name in the Contact Name text entry box.

8.  Enter the admin email address in the Admin Email text entry box.

9.  Enter the report email address in the Report Email text entry box.

10.  Enter the phone number in the Phone text entry box.

11.  Enter the fax number in the Fax text entry box.

12.  Enter the website address in the Website text entry box.

It has the following fields.

Field Description Example
Address Refers to the physical address of the user.  
Suburb Refers to the name of the suburb area.  
Postal Code Refers to the postal code of the area.  
State Refers to the name of the state.  
Country Refers to the name of the country. India
Business Address Refers to the details of the business address.  
Operating Hours Refers to the business operating hours for the week days. 9:00 AM

13.  In the Physical Address section, entre the address in the Address text entry box.

14.  Enter the suburb area name in the Suburb text entry box.

15.  Enter the postal code in the Postal Code text entry box.

16.  Enter the name of the state in the State text entry box.

17.  Select the type of the country from the Country drop down list.

18.  Similarly, in the Business Address section, enter the details of the business address.

19.  In the Operating Hours section, select the business operating hours for the week days from the respective clocks.

It has the following fields.

Field Description Example
Track Totals & Outgoings on Calendar Refers to track the total and outgoing details on the calendar or not. Un-checked
Track Daily Takings Refers to track the daily takings on the calendar or not. Un-checked

20.  Specify whether you wish to track the total and outgoing details on the calendar or not by checking or un-checking the box in the Track Totals & Outgoings on Calendar field.

21.  Specify whether you wish to track the daily takings on the calendar or not by checking or un-checking the box in the Track Daily Takings field.

22.  Click the Save Changes button.

The site details will be configured.
