To add a new holiday, follow the steps given below.
1. Navigate to the Settings - > Holidays option in the Navigation Menu.
The Holidays page will be displayed.
2. Click the Add New Holiday button.
The Add New Holiday dialog will be displayed.
It has the following fields.
|Refers to the type of holiday.
|Refers to the date from which the holiday starts.
|Refers to the date from which the holiday ends.
|Refers to the description of the holiday.
3. Select the type of holiday from the Holiday Type drop down list. The available options are Public and School.
4. Select the date from which the holiday starts from the Date From calendar.
5. Select the date on which the holiday ends from the Date To calendar.
6. Enter the description of the holiday in the Description text entry box.
7. Click the Save button.
The new holiday record will be added.
