Notification Templates

Each time you send out a notification you have the ability to save the content as a template so that it can be reused at a later time.

Save template

  1. Enter the SMS Content.
  2. Click the Save icon.
  3. Enter the Template Name.
  4. Click the OK button.

Using a template

  1. Click the Templates menu item.
  2. Select the desired template.
  3. The text area will be populated with the content from the selected template.

Removing a template

  1. Click the Manage Templates menu item. A new dialog window will appear displaying a list of all the templates.
  2. Click the bin icon to delete the template.
  3. Click OK to confirm the operation.
